These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bitjile governing your access to and use of the platform. By registering an account or using any service on bitjile, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

bitjile is strictly an adult entertainment platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place any wager. Age verification is conducted on all accounts and falsifying your age is grounds for immediate permanent closure.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on bitjile. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice. Any balances or winnings held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture pending review.
Honest Registration
All information provided during account registration must be accurate and current. bitjile reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the identity, address, and payment method of any account holder.
Transparent Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 2 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
Fair Bonus Terms
All promotional bonuses offered by bitjile carry clearly stated wagering requirements and expiry dates. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to these conditions, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page.

1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bitjile ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the bitjile website and its associated mobile interfaces. By creating an account or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
bitjile reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and will take effect no earlier than seven (7) days after notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation of these Terms into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and bitjile.
2 Account Registration
To access the full range of services on bitjile, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously had an account on bitjile that was closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not a self-excluded player on any platform operated by or affiliated with bitjile.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number. bitjile reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent authority.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bitjile. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bitjile will close all but the first registered account and may forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts pending a review of activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out using your login details is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bitjile immediately at support@bitjile.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
bitjile supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for players based in Bangladesh. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change and the current list is displayed on the Platform's banking page.
All deposits are subject to a minimum transaction amount of ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's account in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to appear in the account balance.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. Where this is not technically possible, bitjile will contact the player to agree an alternative method.
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Withdrawals processed within 2 hours during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali): Withdrawals processed within 1–3 business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: Withdrawals processed within 3–5 business days subject to card scheme rules.
bitjile does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which bitjile accepts no responsibility. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable limits are displayed at the point of request.
bitjile reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with clear instructions on the documents required to release the funds. All decisions regarding withdrawal approval are final pending the outcome of any verification process.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
bitjile offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page and which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bitjile promotions:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds.
- Bonuses are valid for use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
- Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- bitjile reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors, or using automated software — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Seasonal and event-based promotions (including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL) are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows.
5 User Obligations
By using bitjile, you agree to the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held within it.
- You will provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, verification, and any communications with the support team.
- You will not use the Platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded from bitjile or any affiliated platform and that exclusion period remains active.
- You will not use funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on the Platform.
- You will not attempt to exploit software errors, lag, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing game outcome information in real time in live dealer games.
- You will keep your account credentials strictly confidential and will not share your username or password with any other individual.
- You will use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, not for the purpose of operating a commercial gambling business or acting as a betting agent on behalf of third parties.
- You will notify bitjile promptly if you become aware of any suspicious activity on your account or if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Players are responsible for determining whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. bitjile does not provide legal advice, and the availability of the Platform in a particular country or region does not constitute a representation that access is lawful in that jurisdiction.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bitjile. bitjile reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and Deception: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account. Providing false identity documents during the KYC verification process.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to conduct structured transactions designed to obscure the origin of funds.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPN or proxy services to simulate different identities, or employing any technique designed to claim promotional bonuses more than once or under false pretences.
- Automated Play: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to play games or place wagers without direct human interaction in real time.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards, communicating bet strategies via third-party channels, or any form of chip dumping in poker variants.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider while funds from that transaction are present in or have been used from your bitjile account. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the bitjile platform, its software, its servers, or its game systems in any way.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your bitjile account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bitjile. Upon receipt of a closure request, bitjile will process any pending verified withdrawals before closing the account. Any active bonus funds in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not prevent you from opening a new account in the future unless the closure was initiated under a self-exclusion arrangement, in which case the self-exclusion terms govern re-registration.
Suspension by bitjile: bitjile reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the time period requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request via the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
- Direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- Detection of automated play or use of prohibited software.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. bitjile aims to complete all account reviews within fourteen (14) business days of suspension. During this period, access to the account and any pending withdrawals will be frozen. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any frozen withdrawals released promptly.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. bitjile will notify the registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. Players with dormant accounts may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
8 Limitation of Liability
bitjile provides the Platform and all services thereon on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform operates without interruption and that all games function correctly, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, delays, or periods of unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitjile and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for:
- Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of the Platform.
- Losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond our reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including the use of compromised account credentials.
- Losses arising from erroneous bets or game decisions made by the player.
- The accuracy or completeness of any information published on third-party websites linked from or referring to bitjile.
In all cases, bitjile's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the deposit(s) made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
